Awas Penipuan(Scam) sendiket antarabangsa berkenaan barangan Import Kastam (KDRM) di KLIA.
Akhbar Berita Harian hari ini memaparkan penipuan melibatkan ratusan ribu ringgit belibatkan warga tempatan yang terpedaya dengan janji rakan luar negara melalui laman social (Facebook ect).

Kastam dedah 25 mangsa rugi beratus ribu diperdaya sindiket
SEPANG: Berhati-hati apabila membuat kenalan menerusi internet kerana satu sindiket antarabangsa dikesan menggunakan taktik itu untuk menipu mangsanya supaya memasukkan sejumlah wang ke dalam akaun bank kononnya sebagai bayaran cukai atau denda ke atas bungkusan yang dihantar menerusi Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kuala Lumpur (KLIA) di sini.
Sejak Jun lalu, Kastam Diraja Malaysia (KDRM) KLIA merekodkan lebih 25 kes penipuan membabitkan kenalan internet sindiket itu, sebahagian besarnya wanita Melayu dan Cina.
Pengarah KDRM KLIA, Datuk Azizah Idris, berkata kes itu termasuk membabitkan seorang wanita tempatan yang ditipu sindiket itu sejumlah RM300,000, bulan lalu.
Beliau berkata, wanita itu dihubungi seorang lelaki mendakwa kenalan internetnya dari United Kingdom yang meminta mangsa memasukkan wang berkenaan ke dalam akaun sebuah bank tempatan untuk membolehkannya mengambil bungkusan yang dikatakan mengandungi wang tunai RM2.5 juta dan komputer riba yang ditahan KDRM KLIA.
“Wanita terbabit hanya mengetahui ditipu selepas menghubungi KDRM KLIA apabila diminta sindiket berkenaan memasukkan RM15,000 lagi ke dalam akaun itu,” katanya kepada Berita Harian.
Azizah berkata, siasatan awal mendapati sindiket terbabit menggunakan jaringan internet, seperti Facebook untuk berkenalan sebelum memperdayakan mangsa selepas beberapa bulan berkomunikasi.
Beliau berkata, sindiket terbabit yang dipercayai turut dianggotai rakyat Malaysia, dikatakan mencari mangsa sehingga ke Thailand, Singapura dan Australia berdasarkan aduan yang diterima KDRM KLIA.Katanya, semua kes itu diserahkan kepada polis kerana KDRM tidak mempunyai kuasa untuk menyiasatnya.
Beliau berkata, ada juga mangsa ditipu kononnya kenalan internet mereka ditahan pegawai KDRM kerana gagal menjelaskan cukai barang atau membawa masuk wang tunai melebihi hаԁ dan tidak mengisytiharkannya dalam Borang Kastam 22 (pengisytiharan wang tunai).
Azizah berkata, KDRM tidak pernah meminta wang apabila menahan sesiapa atau merampas barang, sebaliknya kes itu diselesaikan mengikut undang-undang.
“Kebanyakan kes penahanan membabitkan individu oleh KDRM KLIA adalah mereka yang didapati cuba menyeludup dadah dan ia dijalankan dengan kerjasama polis.
“Jika kes itu membabitkan Akta Pencegahan Pengubahan Wang Haram (AMLA) 2001, individu itu akan ditahan di lokap KLIA atau Sepang sebelum didakwa di mahkamah dalam tempoh 24 jam dan wang tunai itu akan dirampas dan diserahkan kepada Bank Negara,” katanya.
Beliau menasihatkan wanita yang menerima panggilan daripada individu yang mendakwa sebagai pegawai kastam supaya mendapatkan pengesahan untuk mengelakkan diperdaya anggota sindiket itu
Jangan sesekali terpedaya dengan helah sendikit. Anda berhak untuk katakan tidak atau abaikan mesej mereka jika anda dipelawa dengan tawaran seperti modus operandi diatas.

i tak pernah alert tentang benda ni… ya Allah baru je kna tipu minggu lps… payment for kastam dh terbang 3550 then inland revenue 7500. skrg ni hari2 si penipu tu msih chase untuk payment laundry certificate pulak 8800. semalam baru je buat report polis bagi semua detail tapi memang dh tak da rezeki kat 11ribu tu kot. Polis ckp memng takkan dapat balik. cerita yang sama hantar hadiah as a friend gift tak bercinta pn. cuma nama je dr org yg berlainan. skrg ni tengah pecah kepala nk bayar blk hutang kwn2.:’(
