My wife had this email few days back and she did respond to the email request which she send her mobile contact info.

I’d make a report(Email) to  CIMB Bank Malaysia, and had  change the phone no and  transfer all the fund to others bank account.

Below I quote the phishing email body :-

Date: Tuesday, November 4, 2008, 3:07 PM

For security purposes your account has been
randomly chosen for verification. To verify
your account information we are asking you to
provide us with all the data we are requesting.
Otherwise we will not be able to verify your identity
and access to your account will be denied. Please click
on the link below to get to the CIMB BANK secure
page and verify your account details.

CIMB BANK are authorised and
regulated by the Financial Services Authority

If you received similar email please do report to cimb and delete them from your email.
